Shipping Policy

We will put our best foot forward to get you your new Volley Llama paddles and gear as soon as possible. Given we are a small company right now, it may take at least a day to fulfill your order. Please expect that your order may take up to week to receive. Current shipping and supply chain strains may further delay timing, however we will do our best to communicate any such external delays as quickly as possible. 

We are currently only shipping domestically within the United States. If you are outside of the United States and interested in purchasing some of our merchandise, please reach out to volleyllamapickle@gmail.com and we will work with you on possible alternatives. We are ambassadors of the game and would love to support international expansion!

Refund Policy

We hope that you won't want to return your Volley Llama gear, but we understand things happen. We are committed to your happiness, so if you find your gear is defective in any way, or you are disappointed with the purchase, please read the following guidelines for refunds:

• Volley Llama will offer full refunds for purchased merchandise within 30 days of receipt of order
• All returned merchandise will need to be returned in the condition in which it was delivered and in original packaging 
• To submit and complete a return, we will require original proof of purchase or receipt 
• We are not accepting exchanges at this time. If an exchange is desired, we kindly ask you to submit a refund, followed by a new order 
• Return shipping costs will be paid by the purchaser. If a product is defected, we will refund the purchaser the refund shipping costs 
• We will deny all returns and send back the merchandise if the return does not meet our policy
